Mr. Winters’ mediation practice focuses on the employment, civil rights, commercial and tort cases to which he has devoted forty years of practice. However, he is available for other matters, if appropriate.
In addition to the many mediations he has participated in as an advocate, in 2012 Mr. Winters completed the mediator training program at the Center for Dispute Settlement in Washington, D.C., and has continued to volunteer in the Hamilton County ADR program. His years of Ohio, Kentucky and Federal practice in the areas noted will enable him to assist you and your clients to find the common ground necessary to resolve your disputes. Mr. Winters is always mindful that litigation is often emotionally difficult for your clients, and that mediation is a process which requires thoughtfulness, creativity, determination and pragmatism.
