Tyler is the newest attorney at our firm. In 2018, he graduated summa cum laude from NKU’s Chase College of Law and was admitted to the Ohio bar. During law school, he interned with the legal departments of both GE Aviation and Kroger, while externing with Brightview Health and the Honorable Michael R. Barrett of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. While at Chase, Tyler was a member of the Northern Kentucky Law Review and wrote the article, “How Tattoos Fit Within The Realm Of Copyright Law: Do We Finally Have A Lawsuit That Will Provide Some Clarity?” His article was published in the Northern Kentucky Law Review’s September 2017 journal. Tyler was also a member of the W. Bruce Lunsford Academy for Law, Business + Technology Honors Program and participated in the Tulane International Baseball Arbitration Competition, where he and a partner participated in a simulated arbitration to determine what several real-life Major League Baseball players should be paid.
