McCaslin, Imbus & McCaslin traces its origin to John M. McCaslin, Sr., who began practicing law shortly before World War I and was one of Cincinnati’s preeminent trial lawyers until his retirement in 1966. In 1947, Mr. McCaslin, Sr. was joined in the practice by his son, John M. McCaslin, Jr., and Robert J. Imbus, Sr., thus marking the creation of the firm which has borne their names since.
In recent years, McCaslin, Imbus & McCaslin attorneys have developed special expertise in matters involving mass torts, product liability, medical malpractice, insurance coverage, civil rights, employment law, workers’ compensation and environmental claims. We have represented clients in Dalkon Shield, asbestos, breast implant, synthetic estrogen, and pedicle screw litigation, as well as in toxic waste and environmental suits.
Members of the firm now serve clients throughout Ohio, Kentucky and Southeast Indiana.
